Payment :
Orders can only be placed online at http://www.bea-bijoux.net
We accept the following debit and credit cards:
   
 Our
secure payment service is provided by Worldpay. Please visit
the Worldpay website for further details.
Delivery:
- Most orders will be dispatched within
1 -14 days however a selection of our intricate products may take up
to 28 days to be dispatched.
- Before placing urgent orders contact sales@bea-bijoux.net to ensure
we can meet your time scale.
- To
ensure a prompt delivery some products may arrive in separate packages
depending on items ordered, but we will keep you informed of this.
- Postage
delivery times from Singapore are usually 4-8 working days. However,
there may be some delay with customs for international orders.
- We
do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors
outside our control.
- All packages are sent by recorded delivery and will
therefore require a signature upon delivery.
- If a package has
been returned to Bea Bijoux because delivery was not possible, then
the cost of re-sending will be the responsibility of the customer.

Postage:
All packages will be sent using an international courier and will be
with recipients approximately 3 working days following dispatch. All
packages will need to be signed for, therefore please supply an address
where we can easily reach you.
Postage rates are standard at £4.99.
Urgent orders that have been agreed by E-mail to be
prioritised are charged at £9.95 plus 70p per additional item thereafter.

Pricing:
Bea Bijoux reserves the right to change, without
notice, the pricing of our products. In any case the advertised price
is valid at time of purchase.

Returns:
If for whatever reason you are not completely
happy with your order, then you may return it within 7 days of receipt,
for a refund or exchange, less deductions for postage and packaging.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PIERCED EARRINGS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
All
returns must be sent by recorded mail and clients are responsible for
arranging their returns.

you are returning your order.
We reserve the right to reject an order
if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.
